You will receive a customized meal plan: including total calories, protein, carbs, fat
and portions needed to achieve nutrition and fitness goals. Body fat testing
and circumference measurements are also taken.

session with a 30 minute follow-up session.

FOLLOW-UP
This 8 week nutrition program includes
an initial one hour consultation followed by seven 20 minute
consecutive follow-up sessions. In addition, you will
receive a customized menu planning plan, food exchanges, grocery shopping
tips, delicious recipes, body fat testing, weekly weigh-ins
and continued nutrition support.
TUNE- UP Plus FOLLOW-UP plus PERSONAL TRAINING
This comprehensive 12 week nutrition
and training program. Includes an initial one hour consultation
followed by seven 20 minute consecutive follow-up sessions.
In addition, you will receive a customized menu plan, food exchanges, grocery shopping tips, delicious
recipes, body fat testing, weekly weigh-ins and continued
nutrition support plus 3 hours of personal training.
